Survey results, whether in detailed tabular format, or in summary tables, are available electronically, and are easily imported into reports, reducing the amount of time taken to transfer information from tables to reports. This also reduces the chance of errors inherent when re-typing numeric results.
However, the format in which results are presented are the ones most suitable to each individual researcher's needs. Laser-printed detailed tables are available immediately following processing. Accompanying summary tables, charts or graphs are available on paper, disk or electronically.
